Building & Grounds Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plans/creates and implement programs on building, facilities and grounds maintenance.

  • Communicate proactively to the Department Heads on Plant Administration’s program concerning facilities.

  • Supervises repairs and maintenance projects.

  • Communicate with Procurement Department on all items and materials pertaining to building, facilities and grounds maintenance..

  • Communicate with the contractors for all the requirements that must be satisfied on the issuance of Work Permit; coordinates with the Safety group.

  • Ensures that the contracted projects are carried out on a given timeline; prepare accomplishment reports and irregularities (if any) referring from project agreement.

  • Responsible in the Performance management of the subordinates


  • Candidate must be a graduate of any Engineering courses

  • Relevant experience in Facility & B&G Management is an advantage

  • Must have strong leadership & Management Skills

  • Good in oral & written communication

  • Must be willing to work in Calaca, Batangas

  • Can start ASAP
