Ensure the timely and accurate processing of high-volume payments of SteelAsia and its affiliates;

Directly oversee the accounts payable processes in the head office, plants or sites;

Partner with the Head of Accounting and Financial Controller in ensuring that payment transactions are properly recorded;

Serve as a coordinator between the Accounting-Accounts Payable team, Treasury team and external parties such as suppliers and government agencies;

Focus on optimizing team's processes, mitigate risk on erroneous payments and build on harmonious working relationship with internal and external customers;

Assist the Head of Accounting and Tax Compliance Assistant Manager in BIR audits;

Document and improve internal control policies;

Ensure that all internal control processes are complied with Lead, coach and mentor team members;

Perform other relevant tasks, projects or assignments assigned by the Head of Accounting or Financial Controller whenever necessary;

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent;

Certified Public Accountant / CPA;

Required languages: English, Filipino;

At least 5 years of solid working experience in the related field is required for this position;

Required Skills: Accounting, Accounts Payable, Manufacturing, Leadership, People Management, Taxation, Analytical, Problem Solving, Communication;

Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Accounting - Accounts Payable;

Able to physically work full-time at the Head Office, BGC, Taguig City;

Able to travel to the plants or sites within the Philippines whenever necessary.
