Human Resources Associate - Compensation, Recruitment

Main Responsibilities:

Compensation

  • Prepare cost estimates for a certain project and review in detail the proposals from the contractors or suppliers

  • Prepare reports and canvass sheets to ensure that the proposals from contractors or suppliers are in compliance with the project's requirements, technically and commercially

  • Record all project expenditures to ensure that project expenses are within the approved budget

  • Prepare reports for quantity surveying

  • Assist in contracts administration

  • Handle relevant tasks as required from time to time

Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

  • Handle or coordinate all stages of the hiring process including job requirement appproval, talent sourcing and interviewing, partnering with hiring managers, scheduling of interviews, extending job offer, completing pre-employment requirements, conducting employment reference checks, and conducting new employee orientation and on-boarding

General Human Resources

  • Prepare HR reports for management and as requested mainly Compensation & Benefits and/or Talent Acquisition related

  • Handle HR administrative tasks

Qualification/s:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Sciences or equivalent

  • At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

  • Preferably with work experience related to Steel Mill Plant, Manufacturing, Production or Power Plant project

  • Required Skills: Payroll, Timekeeping, Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, Interviewing, HR Reports, Administrative, Interpersonal, Communication

  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
