Oversee the administration of company-sponsored and statutory benefits
Create and maintain databases to ensure proper monitoring of the benefits availed by the employees
Guide the HR partners on their concerns and clarifications about the administration of employee benefits
Maintain good relationship with the partner service providers for HMO and group life & accident insurance
Plan and coordinate the activities and orientation pertaining to healthcare benefits
Ensure accurate and timely availment of employee’s benefits
Coordinate and review the monthly Incentives of all eligible employees
Understand and disseminate government agencies’ rules and procedures for the availment and application of benefits and claims
Collaborate with the government agency’s heads to resolve issues and delay in processing of transactions
Monitor claims and loan applications; Improve and maintain trackers to efficiently address queries
Guide the HR partners and employees on their concerns and clarifications about the government mandated benefits
Review the consolidated attendance report and other payroll data
Ensure timely submission of payroll reports for processing
Perform other related tasks assigned from time to time
